Chiswick

A beautiful, sunny and mild afternoon, so I went to Hammersmith and had a stroll along the river to Chiswick village.  I walked through the church yard (I've completely forgotten the name of the church and I feel too tired to bother to look it up...sorry!) and back to Hammersmith.
