Raging little stream...

this (what normally is a gentle tiny beck) brought down masses of stones and rocks off the fell and deposited them around our neighbours place at Potts Ghyll. Also the force of the water has dug out a hole in the lane so that cars cannot get in or out. It apparently all happened at the weekend, and we were at Keswick then, so this was the first time I'd seen what had happened...
