Lifesaver plant

Yes, that's what they call it.  It is only about an inch (2.5 cm) or so across so I guess it can qualify for Tiny Tuesday.  The scientific name is Huernia zebrina, and it is native to Southern Africa; that's about it.  It is very cool anyway.
