Another Garden Blip

Backblip.

A visit to the physio this afternoon for an assessment of my tendonitis arm. Turns out that my back needs treatment first as the muscles are knotted and contributing to the arm issues. So some deep massage on the back muscles followed by some treatment on the forearm, and some home exercises. Back next week for more.
