5 a day
Well, another excuse for a blip to get away from the books, at least it is related to the topic of nutrition. Whilst this says 5 a day it should really be 7 portions of fruit and or veg a day
I have got to admit though this is more colourful than the current topic being swatted - Parasites!
- What have Tape Round Thread Pin Dog Fish Hook and Whip all have in common? Worms!
- Approx 50% of the population have parasites of some sort and of that 25% of those have active symptoms!
I could go on and on about signs symptoms and causes but thought I'd better not, so if you think you have worms then have a diet low in meat / fish /sugars / dairy
- Have lots of green veg, pumpkin seeds, garlic, tomatoes with black pepper, pomegranates, papaya, lettuce, cabbage and greens, carrot juice and drink fresh lemon in water
Why? - because worms love sugar!
Next time you see someone repeatedly scratch their nose or scratch somewhere else (you know where)..then suspect they may have unwanted visitors in their gut or they just have a bad cold and poor pelvic floor muscles!
