Pastel Coloured Baby Blanket.

I have enjoyed today and between doing housework and photography, I had a good time at Knit and Natter in the library. We were well entertained.
The local High School Year 8 Drama class and their teacher, came in the afternoon to perform their Space play, which involved the whole group really well and included choral speaking, some singing and entertaining individual cameo roles. It was very upbeat and well rehearsed.
Then the Community Police Officers came in to chat and share a brew and biscuits with us. They are a marvellous team and have built some strong bonds with the local Rishtoners and community groups.
After that, Nick our fantastic librarian sang a lively song he had composed.
We did get some knitting done and started to price up and sort the knitted items for the Rishton Festival on Saturday 7th July.
