Homeward bound

My Mum and Dad headed back home again this afternoon after a lovely week together. The highlight being our wonderful Christening day on Sunday, very special memories all round.

Before they headed off we went to the Shaw House activity day in Newbury this am for Halloween activities and an interesting tour of a v old and beautiful property. Having lived in this area for 11 years now it's the first time I have learnt about the house. It had a huge renovation in 2005 costing 8 or so million and is very beautiful inside. C wasn't so concerned with the architecture but more interested in making a big spider out of a paper plate!!

Sad to wave Mum & Dad off but very thankful they could be with us this weekend.
