Fungus

The weekend the clocks change is nearly always the Tinto Twin orienteering weekend. There is a night event on the Saturday and a day event on the Sunday; this year at the same area. This was Fir Park near Newbigging. We both did well and won our age categories. I was so far behind after a stonking mistake on Saturday that I went to photograph a particular control site for S as I assumed I wouldn't win. I therefore missed the prizegiving; oops. The forest was alive with birds and fungus. I really liked this wee one so I messed around on hands and knees until I got a good sharp image. It was really dark and difficult to focus.
