A lone, bewildered Rainbow Lorikeet sat atop the bare seed branch of a palm tree this morning. The Figbirds had already devoured the last of the seeds, but they will grow back again soon enough.

Before flying away in search of more fruitful branches, the lovely Lorikeet enjoyed a zen moment on the empty branch.
