Road zipper

There are 6 lanes on the Golden Gate Bridge, but traffic direction is unbalanced, so it would be wasteful to have 3 always going in the same direction. So, they have this funky machine that chugs over the bridge every day, moving the central barrier to give the busy direction more lanes.
