Autumnal Scene...

I decided to get out early and try to find some lovely big cobwebs, glistening with dew, to photograph because I keep spotting them when I don't have my camera with me.  But today... nothing.  Not a single cobweb on a whole mile stretch of possibility!  So here's a shot of an autumnal lake.  

While scouring the area for cobwebs though, I spotted something that surely meant heartache for some poor little dog... A ball on a rope was hanging by a thread high up in a tree (extra photo).  It had obviously been thrown too high and got caught there somehow. No chance of getting it down as it's hanging far out and high over the water.  I hope the owner bought a replacement for their pooch as soon as possible! :-)
