Wild Sea

Gym class was cancelled today so instead I walked down to the beachfront, well worth the effort.  

My daughter and her partner are in London, both feeling very ill.  Somebody helped them yesterday and I am very grateful for this.  There is little I can do from here except give them advise.  Oh dear.
