It was 3.05 pm and Roy need to move a batten on the wall he was tiling, so he drilled one hole, it must have taken all of 5 seconds, and, guess what, the wife of our ex Community President, came out, wrapped up in her dressing gown, shouting at him for making a noise during our 'none existent' siesta time, apparently we had woken her up whilst she was having her 2 hour afternoon sleep.

It must have taken her longer to get up, put her dressing gown on, unlock her kitchen door, then the grill, come out, and shout at Roy, than it did for him to drill the hole.
