I'm in agony ... It's all self inflicted ... I'm still going to the gym early mornings on Monday to Friday ... Today the little psychopathic Jack (one of the owners) did a circuits session for Mr W and I ... I thought I was going to be sick !!! The strange thing is that I'm actually enjoying it as my body shape has started to resume to one I had when I was younger ... This Spurs me on ... I don't half whine though ... Plus I wanted to punch Jack right in the gob today ....
