My new Talisman

She is the Angel of Hope.

Our school has a HUGE yard sale every year and my goal is to bring more to sell than we buy.  When the children were younger, it was very hard because there is a large section of used toys and it is truly fun to shop from other people's closets.  As they have grown out of little plastic toys, though, I have really been ahead.

But this year I saw this little angel - and I am in some need of hope.  She is a sweet little thing - perfect for my Christmas collection. - and she makes a nice quick blip.
