The stairs to where ?

A bit of a dark one this !

I was just going downstairs with my camera to blip my lovely old fashioned roses when I saw this pattern made by the stairs and balustrades .

Turned into black and white I liked the way the light took you to the bottom of the stairs . Not as grand as most staircases you see photographed but I thought it was worth a blip.

I bet you wished I had done the roses, but they will still be there tomorrow and it might not be raining!
