Pitta Pizza

Today I looked after S, A and J and as the weather wasn't too good we stayed in.  B decided he wanted to spend the day cooking, so for lunch he made all five of us a "Pitta Pizza". He had seen a recipe in a magazine that he had read the other day when we were working in a Polling Station.  I have to say it was delicious.
