Summer ...

... made a comeback today!

We enjoyed our first 'open coach' ride of the year today.  Very popular in warm weather they give the best views of all.  Such a glorious sunny day and balmy temperatures combined to make this a remarkable late October day.  

Ruth was helping with an Engineering, Science and Technology day in the Museum and here Amy, Jacinta and I are taking the train down to join in for an hour.  Chocolate welding, torch making, bridge building and best of all spaghetti and marshmallow tower building :-)  Laws on picturing other peoples children stop me sharing these delights here so you'll have to make do with the view of Beacon Hill and Broadwater as the train approached Tywyn.
