Friday night pizza

This was just going into the oven as I arrived home from work this evening. There are actually two pizzas. This is Mr hazelh's salami one. Mine is meat-free. (Yes, back to everyday blips after yesterday's spectacular light show.)

Exercise today: I only managed stretches and weights this morning having woken up with a very stiff back. Given that I will be on a transatlantic flight on Monday I really must loosen up. I also walked to work (11,386 steps).
