Another day, another wood, more rain!

We met up with fellow blipper, JanJen, at Cliveden Woods. Although we set off for our walk in rain, unlike yesterday, it didn’t last long and we enjoyed the colours of the woods without the constant dripping of water on our heads. Like  yesterday we shared some of our walk with families with young children but today we’re in South bucks so the families are much more “Middle Class”. This was evidenced in the water garden when a father advised Arbuthnot and Jasper to be careful when crossing the stepping stones to the Chinese Pagoda.

There are parts of the wood where there are spectacular views over the tops of the trees and down to the River Thames. Spectacular colours!! Extra shows the water garden.
