It's Halloween!

A spooky gorilla frightens a small child at The Tannery in Christchurch, a boutique mall.

We're staying another night in Christchurch, as I'm too ill to travel; the surgical procedure really knocked me around. However, it's extremely good news, with the professor saying to "close up the stoma and get on with life " I couldn't have said it better myself!
So the next stage is to see the surgeon next week and arrange a date to perform the reversal surgery, hopefully before Christmas.
