Its 4:43 am

... and I can't sleep. I have been awake since 4am!

I was contemplating watching TV (with the volume turned right down low) when I noticed the early morning sun reflecting on the TV remote and decided to blip it.
I managed to get through the rest of the day in the office OK, but my lack of sleep will catch up with me before the end of the week!
