Ouch!

I've been having a bit of foot pain recently, so I went to the doctors today and was diagnosed with Plantar Fasciitis! Which is a swelling of the ligaments under the foot and round the heel.

A good session of physio awates! 

Thought these boots / crampons / ice axe summed it up and were better than a pic of my feet.

As I didn't have my studio flash in Keswick, I used a long exposure in a dark room, with a torch constantly moving, to give shadowless illumination.
