Red Apple

The last fruit  (of quite a small crop!) on this tree of red skinned, red fleshed apples. The tree is three years old and this is the first year it has really fruited at all. The apples look wonderful but are disappointing in being VERY sharp in taste. Make a nice pinkish coloured stewed apple however.
