Last Lavender flower

Ran out of time to post this yesterday ....... does anyone else notice a theme emerging?!!

This is the last bloom from my Lavender plants for this year ....... I had to cut them down ready for Winter ....... so I 'saved' this & for once had the chance to do an indoor flower blip! (I don't normally have cut flowers in the house) I tried doing something 'fancy' with a black background but the flower seemed to 'disappear' too much ...... the colour was too dark I guess ....... do hope you like it :-)
