The Wanderers Return

Friday. It was getting dark when my daughter and her husband finally arrived home. This was after cycling nearly 700 miles from Bordeaux to Roscoff. We had met them earlier at the ferry port in Plymouth (see extra) and taken their heavy pannier bags.
 
Before this (after leaving their jobs in Bordeaux at the end of July) they walked nearly 600 miles across the Pyrenees from the Atlantic to the Mediterranean following the GR10. Next they have to get jobs and find somewhere to live.
 

We are so proud of them.
