Excellent Rugby World Cup final, and a great match played by both teams.
 
Not been to good today.  I think I must have eaten something that did not agree with me last night at the Friday Night Discussion Group meeting.  One crisp to many perhaps .  .  .  On top of that I burnt my hand getting the loaf out of the bread-maker and spent the whole afternoon and most of the rugby match melting tons of ice on the burn.  I think I’ve got away with it, but there may be a blister there by the morning.
