PUMPKINS

Flat cleaning and carpeting.....Then food shopping and house tidying for "do" tomorrow to celebrate (again) The Rev's retirement and to wish him luck as he takes on the role of hospital chaplain from Monday. (One of his colleagues said only God could entice him away from the oil industry with a 90% pay cut!!!)

O and M carved pumpkins this evening and they hoped for trick and treaters but none came :(. M has never experienced Halloween or carved a pumpkin. Think her first attempt was great. O took the romantic route and did the heart with their initials!!!!

HAPPY....that I had a week faffing as today was a whirlwind!!
