How much mess can one hamster make? Lots, but we'll let her off as it's her first birthday!

I'm getting a bit concerned about Dad now. He was in hospital for a couple of weeks at the beginning of September with problems with his breathing. He was back again with stomach problems at the start of October. Thankfully that was sorted quickly and he was back home again. Then this week he fell out of bed and the home called paramedics to check him over and they found his ECG ratings to be worryingly low, so he was taken to hospital. He was there a few days until he was stabilised and was given new meds for a UTI. Unfortunately he had an allergic reaction and he's back in hospital again. I fear it'll get worse over the cold months as his health always seems to deteriorate over Christmas. Let's hope this will be the end of his hospital stays for a few months.
