What a gloomy day.  I needed to go to the shops for food so took a detour on the way there to get some photos. I discovered a few years ago (I’m a late learner) that taking photos while laden with carrier bags is tricky.

The drizzle started around midday and while it was tempting to sit down at the laptop and load my photos I forced myself into the kitchen. In 2 hours the hob, kettle, toaster, grill and even the kitchen sink were sparkling. 

An early tea then a few hours of answering the door to trick or treaters. Still some treats left for me to enjoy.
