Minding your Manors in Tweed...

What a gorgeous day it was today. Waking early and seeing the sun creeping through the curtain I decided to hop out of bed, feed the cat, and have a quick spin on the bike. Just ten miles, but finally did my 'HR max test' so I can get a proper training regime together for cross.

Home, shower, breakfast, then out for a walk from Peebles that Mel had spotted. Up Cademuir Hill in the sun, views all around down the Tweed Valley, as well as Manor Valley (in the shot), then a wander along the banks of the Tweed back to Peebles.
