Shades of the Golden Gate Bridge?

No this is the good old Humber Bridge on a funny old day for weather.
Here at the Bridge it never rose above 11C and was foggy all day, yet at Cleethorpes out came the sun and the temperature  rose to 18..5 C and people were sunning themselves on the beach as there was no wind.
And when the tide goes out you need to be a Marathon runner to get back with dry feet if it starts to come in again.
