Birnbeck Pier (Derelict Sunday)

Not long back from a few days away in Somerset where we visited some of the local sights with a couple of our friends.  I managed to forget to take any USB leads ... so it will be back blips or the next few days.

My entry for Derelict Sunday is Birnbeck Pier just on the edge of Weston Super Mare.  There is an appeal to save it with efforts currently aimed at getting the heritage lottery fund to pay for a survey,  I hope they succeed as it would be a fine structure restored to it's former state.
