Sunflower picnic

We had a line of tall sunflowers edging the garden this year. Mr M cut them down and put the heads on the picnic table, planning to let them dry and then I would put them on the birdfeeder over the winter. Well, I caught a lot of movement out of the cornier of my eye this morning, and found no less than 4 blue jays feasting on the sunflower heads. They were flying between the table and the closest tree, then to the ground, just having a blast. The extra shot is a shot of three of them.
