Hot Sauce

Still suffering from a cold; I had made some soup the other day with tomatoes, carrots, leaks, peppers, oranges and few herbs and spices. It was quite tasty and hopefully full of vitamins to help combat this cold, but today I decided to add something a little more severe to what was left. I do like my food a bit spicy and although Tobasco sauce may not be the hottest sauce around (2,500-5,000 SHU on the Scoville scale) a few drops of it is usually enough. Not to mention it is aged in Jack Daniel's Whiskey barrels. :-)

I was also quite pleased with the lighting, I managed to get an image with very little background or shadows (although I still need at least a decent secondary flash to provide some proper lighting).
