Where do I sign up?

I cycle past this at least twice a day but it comes either after a busy road followed by a downhill stretch, or at the top of a steep hill, so it's taken a while for me to notice it.

At first I chuckled to myself about these crazy Canadians and their clubs, but a bit of googling reveals that it's actually British. Welsh, Irish, Scottish and English to be exact, founded as a social place for immigrants to Canada in 1963. Membership is via a $10 annual fee rather than responses to a set of philosophical questions as I'd previously imagined.
