An old wall

Slowly eroding out of the sand dunes on Baleshare is an Iron Age wheelhouse. This is the end of one of the "piers" or "spokes". Over two thousand years old, in another year or two it will have gone forever to the sea, another victim of coastal erosion.
Compare the stonework on this to more modern buildings and it would seem we have gone backwards. That said they weren't very good at using silicon in the ways we do nowadays.....
