Sharm -climate change

Phew! Woke up to 40C. We’ve been told this is very unusual. It should be no more than 30C at this time of year. The reason? Climate change.
 
Well, you can’t go to Egypt without photographing a camel so lets get it over with.  This one appeared on the beach at sunset and within minutes the camel owner had a customer and folk rushed for their smartphones.
 
 
And that’s another thing. Very few people are reading real books. They have all got their tablets or ipads. Two years ago this would have been a rarity. Now it’s the norm.
 
One shopkeeper said that he thinks Russians will stop coming after this week. At present they form 40% of the hotel guests and they are the biggest spenders.
