Park under the power lines

I actually wanted to shoot this yesterday, but the sun was in the wrong place. So today it is! I don't know if this is a good or bad use of a park. On the one hand, I bet it was made into a park when the land under it went unused because of the power lines, so some use came of it. On the other hand, it is really unsightly.
