A Poor Reflection on Me

I travel for a living spending lots of time in hotels. It's great...simple, solo, and I get the remote all to myself. I throw my laundry around, stay online as long as I want and sleep all night with the TV on!!!

But why is it...that when I'm all alone in this room I need to close the bathroom door when I'm...you know...pooping????

WHY do hotels design rooms with mirrors in front of the bathroom...mirrors that reflect that moment in life when you just don't want to see yourself?????

Marriott is notorious for it...I've seen it in almost all my stays there. Every now and then there will be mirrored closet doors instead...but that is rare. This old old St. Anthony Wyndam Hotel in San Antonio wants to be like the big guys.

Alone or with a crowd...there are just some things in life better unsceen..so all alone in my sacred peaceful, quiet hotel room...I will shut the door.
