"ON THE BEACH "

As it was Matthew's last full day with us and the weather was lovely and sunny, we went and camped on the beach.  We enjoyed our sparkling wine and pasty and a good game of cricket.

Phoebe joined in chasing the ball and we all had a great time until the wind got very strong so by 15.30 we decided to head back.  Besides I needed to get our roast dinner in the oven.

Tomorrow we are expecting Adrian to come and visit for the first time.  He will come with two large chaperons who will hopefully keep him in order.  We hope to walk down to the sea and he might even remember when he used to come when he was younger.  But we need dry weather, so we will wait and see.
