Dignitary Cruise??

This was my only bit of excitement yesterday, first four helicoptors flew over in formation and then the boats came past. It seemed like a cruise for 'important people' with the back and front guard boats with guns at the ready. Well it could have been anything but that's my story and I'm sticking to it - brightens up the day.
