Eye.

The eye is an absolutely crazy sophisticated device. It's ability to adjust aperture, shift focus, measure distance (using a pair of them), blink to protect itself from impact or overly bright light and the sheer speed with which it can move to track a subject is impressive. Turn the lights out and after a short period of time it even has the ability to raise the ISO and start resolving detail in a very dark environment. Crazy!
