Grand Design?

No this isn't a Kevin project and no one is trying to add an extra bedroom or patio with a view to this church spire. This is simple , if erecting scaffolding, taking down 20 feet of spire and the rebuilding it, could be described in that way. This spire is attached to Christ Church in Clifton. Another misty day I think. A nice sunny blue would have been a better back cloth!
