Durga Puja

Kolkata was in the throes of the Durga puja when we got there; huge celebrations going on all round. We went on the river on a barge to see all the worshippers - what an amazing sight this was. So many people even when we were there and we were told that at 0600 am there were even more, thicker crowds.
