I win

And yet another attempt at the feathery business. This time with success but no happiness ...
My first attempt was successful too, but I obviously wanted to get closer for more detail.
Second time round was a flop, mainly due to the fact that I put the wrong lens on (duh!) ... those blimmin' things look all the same, why can't they colour code them instead of numbers ...
So this time round I have the right lens and I got the tiny feather but I'm not happy after all. I could have gotten the DOF right or where I wanted it but I don't really want to spend hours (?) experimenting. I want photography to be a more instant fun thing. But I also want to take some close-up images.
Now what?
