Preventive maintenance

We've had one of these bloody things a few years now. Well, when I say one, I mean one of this model. It often breaks down but luckily gets exchanged under warranty.
It broke down again this morning and if there's one thing that pisses me off it's lack of coffee when I wake up.
The lad came to the rescue and said it's not broke, it only needs de-scaling. I was sceptical to say the least.


6 hours later, after reading the effin manual and following the instructions, he was proved right.


Ah well. Until tomorrow...
