A Brief Return to Winter
A cold southerly swept through the Forest today, meaning the heater has been back on and t-shirt has been swapped for hoody.
The dogs have been on the quiet side too, maybe just a little stir crazy. So in between showers tonight I decided to head out with them for a walk up to the stream.
This is the view looking up to Little Mount Peel, its 1300m summit dusted with a fresh batch of snow.
Ironically, tomorrow sees the Geraldine Summer Fete being held in the township. Here's hoping they get some warmer weather!
