Cankles!!!!!

Yep this heat has brought on the swelling!!!!!
Hands,feet,fingers and ankles I barely recognise myself!!!!
Still getting regular tightenings! Still dosed up on codeine which is becoming less effective!!!
Yep I'm enjoying myself!!!NOT!!!!!!
