Remembrance

I realise it's a week till Remembrance Day but I couldn't miss this opportunity.

I was in our village hall doing some sorting out this morning when the regular art group turned up.  They had brought their own model - not a nude life model but this gentleman in his splendid uniform.

Fortunately I had my camera in the car and asked him for a shot.  I thought it appropriate in front of the memorial plaque.

It would have been better with proper lighting and at night to avoid the window reflections but I was quite pleased with it
